Ken was really great to work with. I started my dealings with him over email. We had found a car that we were very interested in, so I completed the online credit application and Ken had emailed me within with him over email. He was wonderful to work with and made this whole process easy. Since it was the summer and everyone has hetic schedules, when we were available to go in and test drive the Durango Ken was not there. We then worked with Scott Davis and he was great too. The day after we test drove it Ken was able to come up with a deal that we both could live with. That night I was able to go in and pick up the vehicle before we had all the paperwork figured out. The next day I went in and signed the paperwork - Chris Blanchard worked hard and was able to get us a loan that also met our needs. This whole experience has totally changed my feeling of working/dealing with car dealerships and Car Sales Managers.
