Ken was really great to work with. I started my dealings with him over email. We had found a car that we were very interested in, so I completed the online credit application and Ken had emailed me within with him over email. He was wonderful to work with and made this whole process easy. Since it was the summer and everyone has hetic schedules, when we were available to go in and test drive the Durango Ken was not there. We then worked with Scott Davis and he was great too. The day after we test drove it Ken was able to come up with a deal that we both could live with. That night I was able to go in and pick up the vehicle before we had all the paperwork figured out. The next day I went in and signed the paperwork - Chris Blanchard worked hard and was able to get us a loan that also met our needs. This whole experience has totally changed my feeling of working/dealing with car dealerships and Car Sales Managers. This was the best experience I have ever had working with a dealership (and I once bought a car from my uncle!). More

We always go there and no where else as we feel we are treated fairly, no pushy sales people, they spend time talking to us and answ years from Rowe. The service people are awesome!This was the fist time I dealt with Jason as a salesman and was very comfortable talking to him. His knowledge of the car was awesome. When I picked up my car he was very patient in showing all of the bells and whistles on the car and made sure I was comfortable before I left. The people are what make Rowe a great dealership to purchase from! More

Ken did a great job of making sure I got what I needed at something I could afford. It was great to be able to give him what I wanted/needed and he was able to pull two cars for me to choose from. For me that was great because I had limited time, and really wasn't too picky. I got a great lease, even when I looked at other offers they were way more then what I was paying.
