I would have to say that dealing with Rowe of Westbrook was absolutely wonderful!! From the moment I first e-mailed Jason Burns about the car I was interested in buying to the moment that I actually bought was absolutely wonderful!! Jason was by far one of the best salesmen I've ever had to deal with! He was very friendly, personable and extremely knowledgable about the Hyundai I wanted to purchase. He explained in great detail every aspect of the car and made sure that all my questions were answered. He wasn't your typical pushy salesmen who just wanted to so to speak make a sale and be done with you. The price of the car that he first quoted me was a little higher than I wanted to spend but once I told him about another dealerships price he ended up matching them no problem. I can't say enough good things about Jason and Rowe of Westbrook is a much better dealership for having him work for them. Having salespeople like Jason give dealerships like Rowe a great reputation for themselves and they are lucky to have him!! Chris in finance was a joy to work with as well. I told him how I wanted to pay for my car and he was very helpful in helping me do so. I wasn't pressured into any financing that I couldn't or didn't want to do. He let me do exactly what would benefit me best. Rowe is a great dealership and I absolutely recommend them to anyone who is considering buying a new car. I will definately be back for my next one!
