I gave them a 1 star rating because you can't give 0 stars. If you are thinking about buying a car from Royal Honda do yourself a favor and don't. They are the shadiest most dishonest car dealership I stars. If you are thinking about buying a car from Royal Honda do yourself a favor and don't. They are the shadiest most dishonest car dealership I have ever dealt with. They seem to have a business model of selling poor quality cars and then milking their customers dry with repairs. I have been driving for over 40 years and have had 6 cars in that time period. None of those cars had nearly as many problems in the years that I drove them than this Honda CRV has had in 4 months. I asked the right questions and read the Carfax and still got ripped off. The service department is a disaster that tries to overcharge for service and always tries to claim that the warranty doesn't cover the problem. The service department is also incredibly unprofessional and difficult to get in touch with. After you leave your car with them be prepared to drive to the dealership for any updates. You can't get them by phone or even leave a message for them because their voice mail is always full. If you are thinking about buying a car from Royal Honda then do yourself a favor and set your money on fire instead. It will save you money, wasted time and aggravation. More
