Our initial interaction with Royal Jaguar-Land Rover was very positive. We only stopped in their shop after seeing one of their Defender models in traffic earlier in the day. What we thought would be a short visit turned into over an hour long meeting with a senior sales associate, Tommy Padula. He is an outstanding representative for both the Land Rover brand and Royal. He expertly led us on a tour of the available Defender models and we quickly zeroed in on the Defender 110. He explained the features and available options and answered all our questions, all very professionally. We were so thoroughly impressed, we know that there will be a Defender in our garage soon.
