Great buying experience with straight forward pricing, no surprise fees and add-on. I do wish they would improve their processing time. Their policy of requiring 10 days after check clears to process docum surprise fees and add-on. I do wish they would improve their processing time. Their policy of requiring 10 days after check clears to process documents and release vehicle is unacceptable in 2026. My vehicle was released 10 days after paying with a bank check (7 days after check cleared). More

From start to finish, this dealership is outstanding. Everyone we worked with was amazing, even those that were more in passing! Marylou, our sales person, is a standout in particular. She was friendly a Everyone we worked with was amazing, even those that were more in passing! Marylou, our sales person, is a standout in particular. She was friendly and felt like family right away. She spent time with us late into the evening and once the process was done the dealership was closing so we were scheduled to come back in the next morning to pick up the vehicle detailed and ready to go. Everything was easy and straight forward and no surprises (no bad ones at least!). Even though Marylou had prior appointments the next say at another dealer site - she was there to greet us and get us into the vehicle. Not only that but she had a few sweet surprises for us as well - but I wont give those away so the next happy customers can experience the nice touches this place offers. More
