Best Sales Experience I don't usually look forward to heading out to buy a car. It's not usually a positive experience, often feeling like the salesperson or dealership is trying to take advantage of you. Not today. I headed to Royal Jaguar Land Rover after being sent information from a car search. My sales person was Nathan Clarke. He was the best ever. Friendly, informative and easy to talk to. Everything was right up front. No haggling, no pressure. The asking price for the vehicle was perfectly in line with its value and Nathan (and Royal) went right by the Kelly Blue Book price which I had already researched. Everything went smoothly and I left feeling well respected. Thanks everyone at Royal Jaguar Land Rover and especially Nathan for a great experience. More

Great Service I had the greatest experience with Royal Jaguar of Tucson dealership this last month and I though I would share how great I was treated and how John i I had the greatest experience with Royal Jaguar of Tucson dealership this last month and I though I would share how great I was treated and how John in the service department went above and beyond when I had an issue that was not being taken care of by the Jaguar manufacturer. John fought hard to take care of me and he made sure I left the dealership happy and I did. On top of it all while my car was in the shop for 3 weeks they had no qualms of me having a loner vehicle to drive around! Special thanks to Royal!!! More

And it might, but it also means going above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I live in Scottsdale (about 100mi from Royal's dealership in Tucson), but Nathan Clarke and team handled everything remotely and even took the time out of their Saturday (I imagine their busiest selling day of the week) to drive my new wife's Range Rover to my doorstep and walk me through all of the ins/outs of the tech features. He even went out of his way to bring my wife flowers to help celebrate the new car. If you're in the market for a Land/Range Rover, definitely give Nathan and team a buzz! More
