I took my F-Pace 400 SVR in for the 10K service and the experience was FIRST Rate. Luis Rubio took excellent care of me and the Jag. I got it back polished and ready to drive on time as promised. Service department is awful! When I asked if I could just bring it on Tuesday, I was told “No, then the car would go to the end of the line.” I have worked at car dealers for 35 years and have never encountered this. Upon contacting the Landrover Dealer in Chandler, they couldn’t believe that business practice! It’s further, but that is where I will be doing service at. More
