Fantastic experience from test drive to delivery. MaryLou Monroe did an awesome job getting us educated about the Defender. Allowed us to get to know the car on a comprehensive test drive. Tim Taylor jumped in when needed (driving over the test hill and explaining other off road details) and was very helpful. To top it off, since this was my wife's car and it was Valentine's Day they even gave her a dozen roses. Can't say enough good things! More
