Tyler Jones is my definition of an auto sales professional. He made the process of buying a new car as easy and painless as I've ever experienced. He understood what I wanted and why, and knew th professional. He made the process of buying a new car as easy and painless as I've ever experienced. He understood what I wanted and why, and knew the particulars of every product on the lot. No pressure, just the information he thought I should have as I advanced toward my decision. I knew right away I could trust him, and that's the way it turned out. Test drove a car on Wednesday, finished my research on Thursday and came in with my trade on Friday. The car I wanted was not on the lot, but Tyler (and, of course, the staff at Royal Moore) found one and had me out of there with my dream car by 2 p.m. Friday. That's fast. Tyler was easy to chat with and one of the best I've ever seen at keeping all his plates spinning while he takes care of me. Royal Moore has always been a great experience for me -- from sales to service to followup -- but this one was the best. Can't recommend Tyler and Royal Moore highly enough. More
