Text message system, verifying my vehicle went into service and the report being sent to me through text was fantastic. I could review what was needed/ recommended for the vehicle. I knew that the tires were getting low, went over my options on tires and scheduled new tires for the near future. Prices on the tires were very competitive to Costco and beat tirerack. Good service but took to long I had a Monday 9am appointment to fix a truck latch problem on my 2016 Buick LaCrosse and get a second fob. This seemed like a short time fix so I ex I had a Monday 9am appointment to fix a truck latch problem on my 2016 Buick LaCrosse and get a second fob. This seemed like a short time fix so I expected to be there only an hour or 2. I live 25 miles away from this dealership. Only to be told it would likely take all day. They did provide a loaner so we could get to a few stops and then spend time at a relatives home until they called to let us know it was ready for pick up. They did call at 3pm to say it would be ready at 4pm. When I got there things went smoothly on the return of the loaner and making payment for the service. The latch repair was covered under warranty. My only issue was not knowing it might take all day before we got there. (I should have asked.) More
