We appreciated the friendly knowledgeable team that assisted with finding and purchasing our "new" used GMC Sierra truck. We were able to take home the agreement overnight to "sleep on it" before sign assisted with finding and purchasing our "new" used GMC Sierra truck. We were able to take home the agreement overnight to "sleep on it" before signing the final papers. This made us more confident that this purchase was right for us. There were a couple things that took us by surprise after closing...no owner's manual, no second key, and a tank on almost empty. It was a learning experience for us and things we should have asked about. It was just extra expenses out of our pocket immediately, but we worked through them and are still very happy buyers and would recommend Royal Moore to friends. More

POSITIVE: 2nd Impression Completely Different than the 1st My 1st impression of Royal Moore Mazda was negative. I asked for a representative to discuss a new lease. The call wasn't returned for several days. My 1st impression of Royal Moore Mazda was negative. I asked for a representative to discuss a new lease. The call wasn't returned for several days. The reason was my call/message went to accounting NOT sales. My 2nd impression (in person) was vastly different. I met Dylan who arranged for test drives of 2 different vehicles types. We chose a CX-5 and moved quickly to expedite the paperwork. Since this is our 3rd Mazda lease all applicable incentives were wrapped into the lease numbers. We were in and out in about 2.5 hours which better than our California dealer ever did. Many thanks for an excellent experience. Cameron More
