I sat on buyer's remorse for a year, regretting decisions made on the previous cx5 I purchased from royal moore in 2019. To be brief, I regretted being talked out of a beige interior with white exterior (I k made on the previous cx5 I purchased from royal moore in 2019. To be brief, I regretted being talked out of a beige interior with white exterior (I know that sounds petty, but bear with me), and there were 4 specific things in the contract I regretted severely. Every day, I use my vehicle, and every day, I hated my last-minute choice to change my mind on the interior and exterior colors. Every day, it poured salt on a wound embedded in the contract. I also regretted not trading in my Mazda 3, which I quickly learned I would hardly ever drive anymore after the deal passed. Hard lessons, and apparently it was amateur hour on my end. I finally grew the nerve to contract royal moore and just come clean with my feelings. I talked to Cameron, who made me feel heard and made me feel optimistic about straightening these regrets out without costing me an arm and leg. He connected me with Mary Osborn, who went above and beyond finding the exact cx5 l I wanted. I felt Mary and Cameron listened to my checklist, and righted every regret for what I felt was an extremely fair deal. To top it all off, they made it easy and convenient to get the two vehicles traded in, and driven in, without me having to make multiple trips. I honestly was a little dumbfounded at the end of the day, I wasn't expecting anything to happen in one day, let alone the entire deal. But when Cameron put the offer down, I kept staring at it thinking I'm missing something because it was so far below what I expected the first offer to be. Let me remind you - I was turning in a 2019 vehicle I purchased new from them ONE year ago and still owed on, along with an 8 year old vehicle, for a vehicle that is a 2020 and higher-priced color and trim package. That's pure bait for a dealership to try and play games with numbers. Trying to describe my feeling of relief would involve getting poetic. Just... Thank you... Thank you thank you thank you. More
