This was an internet deal and Rachel was very forthcoming, knowledgeable and responsive whether it was email or text. She was able to offer me a great deal on a new CX5 Signature. We brokered a deal via text and email, then came in for a test drive and inspection. We signed the paperwork, which does take a bit of time, and drove out with the exact vehicle we wanted at a great price.
