Awesome customer service! Both CJ and Pam were very awesome to work with when purchasing my new car. They didnt try to over sell me on anything. Great in dealer experience I went to Royal Moore Mazda multiple times to test drive various cars. During each test drive, the sales people never tried to pressure me into purcha I went to Royal Moore Mazda multiple times to test drive various cars. During each test drive, the sales people never tried to pressure me into purchasing the car that day. This made me confident that they would respect and not pressure me during the eventual car purchasing. Each person I worked with was friendly and took the time to answer any question I had. However, the post-dealer communication isn't as good as it was in-dealer. I have had trouble getting in contact with a few of the people I worked with. Do not take this as an "avoid at all costs." I will go back for all servicing and Mazda related things. More

The vehicle I got was what I had been looking for and the advertised price was better than other dealerships. Rachel Star was absolutely great to deal with and very helpful. The only issue I have is that they did not offer OnPoint financing, even though I am an OnPoint member, and they financed me through WellsFargo which was a nightmare. I switched after all the paperwork and deals were done. More

Excellent Sales person, icky sales manager Rachel, our sales person, was so great, super patient, really laid back and not at all pushy. We would have loved to make our purchase through her but Rachel, our sales person, was so great, super patient, really laid back and not at all pushy. We would have loved to make our purchase through her but the sales manager Pam gave us such a bad feeling, she seemed to be trying to get us to skip steps and to just sign things and she wouldn’t give us the final numbers. It felt so shady. We ended up not purchasing through them specifically because of the interactions with her. More

New Car purchase - CX5 I reached out to the dealer online via email and had a good conversation about the vehicle that I wanted to go for. Everything went well and I have as I reached out to the dealer online via email and had a good conversation about the vehicle that I wanted to go for. Everything went well and I have asked if they can give me the best deal they can, so that I can avoid multiple quotations and waste time on it. As most of us do, I did reach out to other dealership to compare the prices, so that I can get the best deal out. I booked an appointment with the dealership to test drive the vehicle and finalize the deal, reached the dealership, test driven the vehicle, loved it, and when i got down the car, I have asked if they can do anything else on the pricing so that I can sign the papers and purchase the car, to my surprise I was just let stand out of the showroom and the sales manager came out and spoke with me OUTSIDE the dealership (not even welcoming inside the store). It was more of less like, its the final price, if you want to buy - come in else you can go. At least having a courtesy to ask the customer to come in and explain what they have done to give me that pricing would have convinced me and I might have made my purchase (even the price was slightly above what I expected), but being that rude, and the way they treat, I ain't coming back. Glad this happened, since I got a much better deal from their competitor and Happy to choose them over for their service and the way they treat the customers. More
