A relieving end to a very frustrating ordeal This review is of my 2nd of two purchases within one month. The second purchase was to replace the first. Rachel was REALLY Great. She was honestly the only reason I didn’t give up and walk out of the dealership frustrated and in tears (which I came within seconds of). She stepped in after what had been a complete and total mess with a previous purchase and literally kept me from loosing my shi* on everyone there. The Key factors in her service that Kept this from happening were: 1. She didn’t waste my time. I knew exactly what I was looking for and she gave me her full, undivided attention while I explained it all in detail- and she ACTUALLY listened - the.first.time. 2. She didn’t try to show me a bunch of cars I wasn’t interested in, or cars that were *close enough* to what I wanted. 3. She didn’t use a bunch of abbreviations/acronyms/car jargon that I didn’t understand, and whenever I had a question she didn’t know the answer to, she didn’t evade it or make me feel like I was annoying her - she actually took the time to find out the answer for me. 4. She was real and straight forward, and about as far from a typical salesperson as you can get. Honestly, at the end of the day - She is the only reason I would ever even consider going back to this dealership again. More
