My only problem was being told by another employee who did our paperwork that that required forms would be sent to our Washington DMV the following week, when we could them register our new car and get license plates. It actually took two weeks and several trips to the downtown DMV office before the forms arrived . This problem could have been avoided if your employee had given me accuraate information about when I would be able to register my new car. More

Seemingly nice guy until he blew it I had called Daniel for some help with a service issue. He was a pretty nice guy when we talked, though he didn't entirely seem to know what he was doing. While waiting for some info, we somehow talked about something that got into my family. I told him I was married to the most wonderful man alive - and then went silent. It was a pretty awkward silence and I thought he at first put me on hold but I could here him breathing in constant sighs behind the phone. I asked if he was okay and he said, "shut the **** up fa**ot." Needless to say, I defended myself for being gay and he started yelling at me about how I'm an "abomination of man" and "will burn in xxxx for [my] sins". I decided then threatened my lawyer on him at which he responded that there is no proof of this happening and he would find me in person and use his "veteran skills" to kill me. I then hung up because I have severe cyberphobia when it comes to people finding my location and for some reason I got myself worked up into thinking he had triangulated my position with cellular towers and was on his way with an assault rifle or something. I called the cops and they said they'd keep a close watch on the neighborhood and to call them if something happened. Nothing came of it, so I just forgot about it until recently when I drove by the dealership and I wrote this review. I'd really appreciate if this was investigated and he was punished, because he seriously took the situation way out of hand. More
