Great experience, no pressure. Great selection on the lot, and Ryker was especially knowledgeable, answered many of my questions. Ray, one of the managers took on negotiating the deal for the lease, but did not explain the interest rate very well. Despite that, the deal was still fair and I chose to purchase. I looked at a number of dealerships and researched similar vehicles for some time, and was happy with the Mazda I chose, and very happy with selecting this dealership versus others in the area. Only negative was that they were short staffed in finance dept, which caused the whole experience to take over 6 hours. We negotiated a deal by 11AM, but I wasnt done with paperwork until nearly 3pm. I purchased a 2024 Mazda Cx90 phev premium plus, though its not an option to select in the review. More

They didn’t try to force us into paying anymore than we were comfortable with and were diligent about working with us through the negotiation. Because of this, negotiating the price and terms took no time at all. Previously I thought the car buying experience would be stressful with a lot of negotiations and haggle, but everyone there made our experience relaxing and easy.
