Ryker is a gracious young man. I never felt any pressure despite the fact that our negotiations were lengthy and at times, intense. He explained each proposal and counter well and remained focused on getting to an amenable sale. Which we did! I got exactly what I needed and wanted. He was engaging on my lengthy test drive and accommodated my requests to view other trim levels of the same model. Ray was equally good to deal with: straight forward, honest, helpful. I have purchased many vehicles over many years and this was an experience I would repeat. Also, I purchased a cargo cover from the Parts Dept and Rachel was great. More
