This is the second car we have our purchased from Royal Moore. We had been looking for a used car for over a month and had stopped into Royal Moore 4 times previous to test drive different models. Each ti Moore. We had been looking for a used car for over a month and had stopped into Royal Moore 4 times previous to test drive different models. Each time we were shown the type of car we came to test with no sales pitch or pressure. We experienced 4 different salesmen/saleswomen and had the same experience with all which was refreshing. Our questions were answered to the best of their knowledge and we were left on our own to inspect the cars when we requested and given plenty of time to look around. After our fifth return trip when we had narrowed down to two cars we were discussing options with Jason M when he asked the "What if we could do this" question. We are used to this being the pushy salesman part where they try to sell you up but never quite do what they say but amazingly Jason pitched a legitamate proposal that he could actually do. We left without any pressure to buy and considered the deal and decided it made sense. When we returned to make the purchase both Jason and Everett answered our questions and the closing process was smooth and quick. Again - no pressure ever which was huge for us and very polite and amiable people that we dealt with. Couldn't be happier with our experience. More
