I worked with Taylor and Jason at Royal Moore Mazda on two separate test drives, and both of them are fantastic people. They are friendly, responsive, and accommodating. They took their time to explain the cars to me and let me test drive all the models that I wanted to. Most importantly (to me), they are not pushy at all, and gave me the time I needed to make a decision. During my time at the dealership, other staff members were very friendly as well. I took one star off for the dealership review because of the mandatory theft code charge to the total price. It is close to $400, and they say it is installed on all their cars and cannot be taken off. The problem is I got a used car, which was sold/serviced by the same dealership originally. It seems to me that they can charge this additional $400 every single time they sell the same car, even though they only need to install it once. For me, that is just another tactic to make extra money from customers. More
