Megan was very helpful in providing the carfax via email and had a positive, friendly attitude when I came to test drive the vehicle. Norgen was also very helpful. Dropped off a Buick for factory recall. Told it would "for sure be done by the end of day." Got a call late in the day that it was not finished, but would be by next day. Called Service Dept number. Receptionist tells me that "Service folks are with customers." So it seems everyone is too busy to tell me anything about when my car will be ready..... More
