Matt, Eddie and all of the staff at MINI of Tucson are great! I have had very positive experiences getting my 2007 Cooper S serviced at MINI of Tucson over the past year, and when it came time to get a new car, I didn't even consider getting a different make. Eddie helped with the ordering process and even suggested options I didn't know were possible (blacked-out badges!) and Matt assisted me with the rest of the process, providing build updates, etc. When it came time to take delivery, Matt was super accommodating and the process went very smoothly, and we had a lot of fun. I highly recommend getting your new MINI at MINI of Tucson! More

We had a great experience with Matt at Mini of Tucson! He did an exceptional job making us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I was hesitant to buy a car during the pandemic, but Matt was super did an exceptional job making us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I was hesitant to buy a car during the pandemic, but Matt was super accommodating and even brought the car to our home to test drive it- and we traded in our car so that was another huge plus! He made this process easy and who says that about buying a car let alone trading one in? Please - if you're concerned with finding the right car for you during this time, reach out to Matt. WOW - They drove the car out to me to see, about 40 miles one way. They drove the paperwork and the truck back to me when it was time to sign. Then they brought me my copies the next day, along with flowers one way. They drove the paperwork and the truck back to me when it was time to sign.
