Mini of Tucson on the other hand.....RUN AND DON'T LOOK BACK! First and foremost, I had initially wanted to purchase from their Kia location. Unfortunately, the vehicle I was interested in purchasing was at the Mini of Tucson Location, therefore I had to buy it there. Per the usual with dealerships, everything went smoothly until the paperwork was signed. I left the lot with my new car and a 2 month "Platinum Warranty". I was excited and didn't mind the mediocre buying process. Fast Forward 2 months and 2 weeks later.....My check engine light comes on. Now, I know that the warranty clearly states 2 months and, yes, I was beyond that by 2 weeks..I GET THAT. Now where the problem lies is within the way the General Manager Eddie Madigan conducts not only business, but himself. Maybe that's why his last name is what it is, because his customers seem to always be "MAD-AGAIN". I called and spoke with Eddie who explained I had no coverage given the time frame. Once again, I GET IT. Just wait.... He told me to call when I could schedule a time. 2 days go by and I write to Eddie and ask him if I could bring in the car in that Friday. No response. I let another 2 days pass, write him again.....No response. Then I tried calling the service department on THREE different occasions....and kind of like this review..the rings just kept going and going and going until the line just cut off. I eventually took my car to a local repair shop (Integrity Auto, they deserve 5 stars!!) and paid them $140 for a diagnosis and repair estimate. The repair estimate came out to be $382.24 out the door, tax and all. I finally got a hold of Eddie after reaching out to the Kia location and asking that manager to get a hold of him. Eddie tells me to bring in the vehicle after I had already emailed the repair estimate (therefore the car has BEEN DIAGNOSED). While at work, I get a call from Eddie who literally told me what I already knew. He legit just diagnosed the car.....and THEN told me it would cost $680 for the repair! 2 months and 2 weeks after owning the car. I got upset and attempted to explain my frustrations, although I'd be surprised if Eddie heard anything I said while he spoke over me during the whole phone call. Finally he got me really upset and when that began to show, he told me to call him back when I could "calm down".....I would be calm if you let me get out a xxxx word sir....what the heck? After work I called him back and asked him if he had intended on helping to make this right somehow rather then have a pissing contest over the phone. His response to me was..."What do you think a fair price to pay is...." I replied "Given the fact that I spent the amount of money that I did just 2 months ago on the car itself, I'd like you to repair the car and charge me the companies COST on the parts and labor. Not asking them to lose money, just not earn any. We went back and forth and after I did some math, priced out the parts and figured the average amount certified mechanics make hourly and calculated $340 for the repair requiring 3 hours of labor. Based off a quick google search, I found the brand new OEM replacement part for $129.99. He came back, and after trying to make it seem like he was rectifying the issue in some way, said and I quote... "Here's what I'll do for you, and you can take it or leave it. I'll do it for $400 plus tax." Shocked at his tone and what he had to say....I told him to have my keys ready and that I'd never do business with him again. Got my car repaired at a well known shop, has great reviews, certified technicians, and they charged me a fraction. Mini of Tucson has lost my business for good. More

This was our first time buying from a Royal dealership and their bus I have purchased many cars over the years, this experience was the most pleasant. This was our first time buying from a Royal dealership and their business model is so great. No haggling, treat the customer with respect, don’t waste time with badgering. We only dealt with one person no back and forth. Our salesperson Matt was knowledgeable about the cars, the financing, and the additional services available. I never felt pressured, and the vibe was calm at the entire dealership. Would want to work with Matt again. More
