Matt asked me to take a lunch break to see what he could do for me... When I got back he was able to work out an awesome deal for me. More than I could of asked for. Matt went above and beyond for me in customer service to get me driving out of there that day with my Chevy Cruze. And I absolutely love this car. Its sleek, sporty, and sexy. The sales consultant, Simone, gave me background on Mini of Tucson. She pointed out that she did NOT work on commission and that they priced their cars based on market and availability. Simone was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I test droved two cars and asked lots of questions. I never felt any pressure to buy. Garret, the manager made me a terrific offer for my trade-in. Our New Mini Cooper Countryman! On Black Friday we decided to go and see what the new Mini Cooper Countryman looked like, and to decide if it would be large enough for us. Nate answered all of our questions and explained many other things about the cars. We took the little chestnut car for a test drive and were hooked.
