We had a positive experience when we purchased the car. The service department has been great the 2 times I've taken the car in. About 2 weeks after we purchased the vehicle, we had a severe hail storm and The service department has been great the 2 times I've taken the car in. About 2 weeks after we purchased the vehicle, we had a severe hail storm and the Accord received substantial hail damage. We were without our car for approximately 5 weeks while the body work was completed. We kept getting the run around from the body shop rep.... saying he would call to keep us updated on the progress of the repairs. He NEVER called us WE were the ones calling to get status updates. As a matter of fact, the trunk panel was supposed to be replaced on the car. Your rep said it would not be available till Feb 2023. Needless to say, he never called or followed through on that trunk panel replacement. Your dealership owes us money for the non replacement of the trunk panel. So Except for your body department rep.... our experience with Rudolph has been decent. 3 out 4 positive experiences. We need to come in and get the trunk panel replacement settled. More
