Buying a car in the past has not been a good experience, but the Rudolph personnel changed my mind. I brought the car in for an oil change and a review. Thre were no problems (warnings other than the needed oil change). The fixes recommended cost me $1,327. When I got home and restarted the car, five Thre were no problems (warnings other than the needed oil change). The fixes recommended cost me $1,327. When I got home and restarted the car, five of the warnings lights came on: engine warning, anti-skid warning, low tire pressure, etc. I had to return the next morning to have the mechanics examine and resolve the problems. There is a major disconnect between this dealership service center and the online reservation system. I made the appointment because I wasn’t able to get ahold of the service center by phone.
