I guess Rudolph Chevrolet spoiled me, staff especially Bernie, who provided exceptional service and were always wanting to make sure I was satisfied. But, I can’t get it out of my mind how I was being taken advantaged of over my tires incident. First needing 2 tires that were unrepairable with nails plus need for an alignment. Then after finding out I had Road Hazard coverage I just needed 1 tire replaced & no alignment needed. I want to trust those individuals that provide my service and now I’m leery about my future visits at Rudolph Honda. Juan Martinez (915)269-2866
