Hi Esther, Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback as well as taking the time to type up a letter for us. Your opinion is important and we take it very seriously. I apologize that we weren't able to meet your expectations during your last visit. Our goal is to have your vehicle ready asap but our business is still old fashion in the sense that it requires two human hands to get the job done and at times repairs can take longer than even what we estimate. Other than the wait time we hope that the Advisor and Service staff treated you in a friendly manner and kept you updated on your vehicle as that IS something that's within our control. We hope that in the future if you decide to grant us your business again that the traffic has diminished enough to have you in and out in no time. Again, I apologize.
