Ha!!! Further diagnose. That's hilarious. I gave you all the opportunity the past 5 times I was there. You all are clueless. The "advice" you supposedly gave about contacting the company was what I originally had said I was going to do. They are fully aware of your incompetence. As far as an alternate means of transportation if you would have sold me a working van or fixed it I wouldn't have been in this situation. Simple concept. I pay money and you sell me a working product. I hope ALL your customers read this review before they encounter what I did. El Paso Honda is the only way to go.
