I took my CRV to Rudolph Honda and paid $1000 for a part and service. They fixed the issue (so they thought) a few days later I returned to the dealership with the "same issue" and was advised by Willie, th and service. They fixed the issue (so they thought) a few days later I returned to the dealership with the "same issue" and was advised by Willie, the service advisor, that it may be another problem. Unfortunately, despite waiting for four months, we have yet to receive the necessary part to repair my Honda, which remains at the Rudolph Honda service department and continues to depreciate in value. Every month, the dealership pushes back the expected arrival date, citing a lack of availability nationwide. We have reached out to American Honda Motor Co, who promised AGAIN. We have had to proactively follow up with the dealership, as they have shown little concern for the inconvenience of our car being out of commission. We caution potential Honda buyers against the brand due to ongoing issues with parts availability. Worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. Claudia and Taylor were horrible to deal with. I purchased a brand new Odyssey from Rudolph and it's been nothing but A/C issues and bad service. I had taken the vehicle in 5 times in the past month! Taylor, Claudia, Techs and attendants really don't know what they are doing. Had to contact the Honda company and I had to take my van to El Paso Honda to finally get it fixed. Took them half a day! Thank God for them! Honda has a great product but Rudolph is ruining their name. More
Very rude when “trying” to negotiate. Delivery not even a option. Was told right off that delivery is up to me (13hrs away).
