As always I was greeted with a service rep. who quickly took my information and went to work on the car. 30 minutes later all was done and the car was returned with a list of work done and what who quickly took my information and went to work on the car. 30 minutes later all was done and the car was returned with a list of work done and what needed to be done. Went in for an oil change. Attempted to schedule more intensive service but was told by the service dept (not quick lube) that they do not take appointments and I should just b Attempted to schedule more intensive service but was told by the service dept (not quick lube) that they do not take appointments and I should just bring it in. Well, that would require that I take a day off of work and do not feel comfortable taking a day off if I’m not fairly confident that I’m going to get all the work I need done. On top of that I live in Las Cruces and they do not have service loaners, just a shuttle. Even though I was aware, the service advisor stated the shuttle doesn’t go to Cruces. I need quite a bit of work done ($1500+) and I also worked in the car business for 21 years. Our dealer always had loaners available for bigger jobs. I guess I’ll just go the local Honda dealer even though I’ve been treated poorly there in the past. More

Was a little dissapointed when they did not diagnose why the VSA light was on and they also missed a nail in the right frt tire said losing air becau Was a little dissapointed when they did not diagnose why the VSA light was on and they also missed a nail in the right frt tire said losing air because of dry rot. Tire was warrented and replaced. At no cost. Also charged for programming keys (2) changed out immobilizer. According to honda they should be able to fo up to 6. Bought a new key and they couldn't program one that came with the car. I guess they only fix the problem and were blind to the VSA light stairing them in the face. This automobile is well taken care of and is now going to my granddaughter. This is why we shy away from dealer service. Service personnel courteous. Car has been in owned 15 years and still in excellent condition because of maintenance keep up to date. More
