I took my 2001 Odyssey in for an oil change and told them the pan bolt was stripped and a butterfly bolt was used. I told them before they started and after the job was completed the servicemen told me that the pan bolt was stripped and a butterfly bolt was used. I told them before they started and after the job was completed the servicemen told me that the mechanic replaced the butterfly bolt with another pan bolt. When I got home and after an hour I checked under my car and there was a pool of oil on the ground. I called the express service department about what I found and the servicemen talked to his manager and he informed him that there is nothing he could do about it. He offered me the telephone numbers of the parts and service departments to get the pan replaced. I told him that it wasn't leaking before they did the oil change but they didn't seem to care. More

Poor reception, all were sitting talking and ignoring customers, one lady came up to me and asked what i needed I told her I had an appointment, she said someone would be right with me and she walked off customers, one lady came up to me and asked what i needed I told her I had an appointment, she said someone would be right with me and she walked off. The agent that finally came over was sitting at a desk and took about 10 min to come over and ask what i needed. Poor Service!!! More
