Great experience! Everyone in Service Dept patient with my calls from Virginia to get my car in to Rudolph Honda dealer in El Paso TX to deal with battery replacement. Had to get tow truck to get car to them and arrange for 2 friends to pick it up and take it to my house two days later. Car was checked out as soon as arrived, and Service Dept. called to say what was needed. Did the work the same day and were ok with car staying with them until my friends could pick it up. I get my cars serviced there always ... this is just another example of their responsiveness. Callie More

I was lucky to be the first one there at 7 AM when they opened. I went in for a radiator/transmission fluid drain and refill at 9 o’clock & I was at my destination at the YWCA.
