I'm extremely dissatisfied with my experience They repeatedly insisted that my 2012 CR-V had a low value due to the high mileage. They also insisted you would never list it for sale for more than $7,5 repeatedly insisted that my 2012 CR-V had a low value due to the high mileage. I was browbeaten into believing that there was no way you could get enough money for the car to justify giving me anywhere near the $7,500 Kelly Blue Book trade-in value. On Saturday, 16 April, my CRV starting smoking while driving to Albertsons on Redd Rd. We just had the vehicle serviced on 13/14 Apr. I pulled into the parking lot & called Rudolph. Within minutes, t driving to Albertsons on Redd Rd. We just had the vehicle serviced on 13/14 Apr. I pulled into the parking lot & called Rudolph. Within minutes, the manager & another employee came to my rescue. Mr Tommy Nicholson drove my CRV to Rudolph to check the problem, thankfully nothing major. Thank you Rudolph for the service!
