My car had brakes that squeaked in the morning only when backing up. The dealer fixed the problem. I left my car over night, Matthew the car adviser got me a ride home. Matthew call about 5pm Tuesday and sa backing up. The dealer fixed the problem. I left my car over night, Matthew the car adviser got me a ride home. Matthew call about 5pm Tuesday and said the car was ready. I told him I would pick it up Wednesday morning. He said the Courtesy car driver was off on Wednesday but he would have someone pick me up between 8-10am. I waited until 10:30am and no one came. I called Matthew and they told me it was his day OFF!! He did not call nor text me, so I had to get a ride to pick up my car.. Talk about bad service!!! He gets a grade of F.!!! More
