I would not recommend the quick service. Not very professional during the wheel rotation and my wheels came back with a lot of scratches on them (one with a gouge). Plus the quick service doesn't se professional during the wheel rotation and my wheels came back with a lot of scratches on them (one with a gouge). Where to start, well that lady that answers the phone is rude and doesn't say anything just transfers like a bot and she's been like that for years. The salesmen are a joke, they tried to take me for an ride. I wanted a Civic SI and some bald rude salesman said it was claimed by Denny the owner which I told him Denny could care less about that car but he rejected to sell it to me, why, who knows. Then I went for a 2016 STI Limited which was for sale at Isaac's Motors at $27,000 with 75,000 miles on Offer Up. Well, it turned up at Rudolph Honda with more miles 13 days later at $31,000. I told the Salesman why the hike and he replied, the cabin filter and new tires and a light bulb. I told him, but those tires are the same ones that Isaac's motors had when they auctioned it off he was like some other work was needed. The guy was looking around like he knew he was straight lying to me. I'm just so sad by what Rudolph has become, it never was never like this. I truly believe a lot of Alameda salesmen were hired at this location to swindle customers into their used inventory. I can't believe that I'm such a bother if I'm not buying a new vehicle. The guys at Casa Nissan were way more workable in making sales happen regardless of what you wanted. No motivation here to sell cars at all unless you just take it and pay what they want. Basically, I know car dealerships make their money off of auction cars but when they don't price them accordingly how are they helping El Pasoans get in a used vehicle?? I spotted their game since I knew the original price versus the new price at Rudolph. Beware, do your research! More
It was fine. I already said everyhing was excellent in another survey. One survey per transaction should be all that is expected, no? Get serious! Tenty three words was not enough??!! another survey.
