Don't care about the customer even customer went in the garage. Nobody approach to offer help. I was sitting in the car forever to get help. Unauthorized work was done - no prior information nor estimate was communicated. I wrote a text expressing my extreme displeasure. Management came through and refunded the entire invoice.
