Just an oil change This was the first oil change for my new Pilot. I hadn't made an appointment and wasn't sure of the routine but the staff was very helpful. I waited inside in the waiting area (can't really hear the TV with the blower going) and my car was ready in just over an hour. The service rep came and told me the car was ready and reviewed the results of the multi-point inspection. The oil change was included in the purchase of the car for the first year. More
