I really have no complaints from the service representative who handled my service. I also have few complaints about Rudolph Honda. However my last oil change a few days ago was a problem. Later that evening I noticed a significant oil leak on my driveway. The issue was the drain plug was loose and leaking. This was poor work done by the service technicians. Could have lead to a major issue if not detected. Should never have happened. More
