My only mistake as a customer was to buy a Honda. It was a grueling process for Rudolph to fix the Honda manufacturing paint defect on my HR-V. I was extremely disappointed Rudolph wouldn't pay for my rental car ($634.06), I even had to provide the Honda bulletin outlining the problem. The response of my request to the service department to receive a rental or loaner care was a simple Honda has not done that for 20 years. I asked for my request to be elevated to a decision maker, which it wasn't. I had to go to Rudolph paint, wait for the quote and courier it back to the service department. More
