We're sorry we didn't meet your expectations during your last visit. The last thing we want is for any customer to struggle on the road especially during a road trip. We understand your frustration and we hope that you made it to your location safe. Tires are checked every time the vehicle is in for any service. If no leaks are found at the time we set the pressures to 35psi and clear the light (if on at the time). If Advisors and Mechanics do nothing they don't get paid as they're on commission not hourly. So of course we want to find a leak in a tire, not just for your safety but so we can pay the lights to our facility. Again sorry you had a bad impression with your experience. Please reach out to us to see what we can do to make it right for you. Enjoy the rest of your day.
