Service was fine as always, but I was a little disappointed as I had booked an appointment online for an oil change and state inspection. I was told the appointment didn't matter; service was fir disappointed as I had booked an appointment online for an oil change and state inspection. The oil change was taken care of but I was told there were 10 cars ahead of me for the inspection so I did not get that done. Why even bother with appointments? More
