I sought to purchase our next vehicle over the internet because I abhor the game playing that seems inherent to car buying. This proved to be an expedient, efficient, and pleasant way to do business. I was able to clarify what was included in their base price (i.e., not all dealers include carpeted floor mats in their initial price quote, nor is the price quoted for accessories the "installed price") so I could effectively evaluate competing price quotes. I dealt with Justin MIles and we had an agreed upon price on the vehicle and accessories before we ever set foot in the door. I was honestly expecting some kind of "surprise" that something wasn't included in the quote but it never happened. This was an almost stress free way to purchase a new vehicle. There is only thing I would have appreciated. I would have preferred to have the option of exchanging the carpeted mats for a credit on the weathertech mats since I did not want the carpeted mats that get so dirty in our climate. I will never, ever, go back to going to one dealership after another only to receive price quotes that never compare "apples to apples" again. The whole process of deciding who would get my business took only one morning on the internet, sipping my coffee in the comfort of my own home. Who can beat that? More
