I went to their Brooklyn Park location and the sales rep shut the door in my mom's face as we were going out to test drive cars. When I brought up problems with customer service, I was told there are always problems with cars. WOW! I understand there are problems, what I don't understand is your lack of desire to fix them or to keep a customer happy. Worst service ever! More

The used car manager, Don Schumaker, was very fair with us regarding our trade in value, a key element in our final decision. Scott Smith, the Finance Manager, was very friendly and helpful in securing excellent Toyota financing and walking us through all the paperwork and explaing what we were executing. The "certified warranty" up to 100,000 miles was also a bigfactor in our final decision. We love the vehicle thus far (1 week) and hope to have years of hassle free driving. More
