Felt catered to during my service appt. Recall appt. Just a quick recall appointment for my Toyota Prius. Staff was friendly and helpful. Timely. This made me feel like a hassle to her & made her look unknowoldgeable. A simple answer in her repertoire like, “I’m unable to answer that but one of our service technicians would be happy to!” With a smile. It’s the little things like that. More
