My experience hasn't always been excellent but my last visit was very good except for the fact the car wash was broken. I did receive a coupon for a free car wash to use at my convenience. When I drove my car into the service center, I was greeted immediately and the transaction for check in was very quick. I went inside to wait and couldn't believe that 30-35 minutes later, I received a message on my phone telling me my car was ready. The estimate for service was exactly what I paid. No suggestions of extra services needed which has rarely happened in the past. More

In addition to doing regular maintenance I was concerned about my collision warning sometimes going off randomly with nothing in sight. Jeremy who checked me in had no suggestions and said it couldn't really be checked. He said it was functioning properly which I knew it wasn't. However, the fellow who talked to me at the end was very helpful. I didn't get his name but he has a hairdo that is bushy on top. He showed me how to turn off and reset the PCS system and how to make it less sensitive if I want to do that. He also said sometimes cleaning the Toyota logo on the front can have an effect. It is only because of his help I am giving your dealership 5 stars. Looking at the pictures it might have been Mario Luna, but the picture is to be sure. Jeremy did check to see how much longer the car would be when I was expecting a phone call from a relative in Switzerland. That was helpful. More
