This was my first and last time attempting to do business with this dealership. I worked with Randale to spec out the vehicle I wanted and we agreed that he'd order it. I find out in May that he never ordere with this dealership. I worked with Randale to spec out the vehicle I wanted and we agreed that he'd order it. I find out in May that he never ordered it as promised. After that debacle came to light, they were reluctant to admit they were at fault and seemed to be only mildly motivated to make things right. Randale knew I needed to purchase my truck before the end of May and yet several times he didn't return calls until a day or 2 later. There are plenty of other dealerships around with much better customer service so I will not be returning. More
