Ruge's Chrysler Dodge Jeep

SERVICE DEPARTMENT DOESN'T CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS!! We bought a truck from Ruge's Chrysler Dodge Jeep less than a year ago with less than 19,000 miles...so far we have put on less than 4,000. We origin We bought a truck from Ruge's Chrysler Dodge Jeep less than a year ago with less than 19,000 miles...so far we have put on less than 4,000. We originally brought this Dodge Ram in yesterday because the emergency brake cable was hanging low, which is a known issue with Dodge Rams (and something the dealership should have been aware of). In order to correct that issue, we were charged approximately $250. We also had them look at the brakes because they were squealing and we were told they had seized up. The solution was to clean and lubricate the break pads to alleviate the squeal. Now we were out more than $400. It didn't work and to top it off, our truck radio came out of the service department locked. This morning we called the dealership to discuss the lack of resolution and was told the only way to stop the squealing breaks at this point was to change the pads and rotors. WE ARE NOW BEING EXPECTED TO DOUBLE PAY FOR THE ISSUE. We were also informed that the radio warranty expired in January. So now after visiting Ruge's service department, their much lacking customer service department has left us with the same break issue and no radio. Did I mention that my husband was there at 10am and didn't leave until 12:30pm? The entire department went on a lunch break before doing a test drive on the truck so my husband had to sit there for an extended period of time. THIS DEALERSHIP DOES NOT CARE ABOUT REPEAT BUSINESS. WE CERTAINLY WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO ONE OF THE FRIENDLY DEALERSHIPS INSTEAD. THEY BACK THEIR VEHICLES BY COMPLETELY INSPECTING THEM BEFORE THEY LEAVE THE LOT AND THEN HAVE A STRONG WARRANTY IN PLACE. LESSON LEARNED. More
