Worst experience I have had buying a used vehicle that had issues with no resolve from them. Truck I bought said it had heated seats. The week after buying it I used heated seats and the back of the seat had issues with no resolve from them. Truck I bought said it had heated seats. The week after buying it I used heated seats and the back of the seat worked and not the seat. I took it back in to be checked out and said element is bad. You bought as is we’re not fixing it. I was not told they didn't work. I asked about the brakes and was told they went through them. I came home after work one day and seen smoke coming off drivers front wheel. I only put 2500 miles on it. Told salesperson about it and nothing. It cost me $800 to fix front brakes. I asked about the spare key and fob before buying and was told they would contact previous owner. I never received call back so I called and was told I couldn't contact them. It cost me $400 for those. Noticed 3 weeks ago when finally wife and I went somewhere the passengers doors don't lock. They don't lock when put into drive either. Now that is also my problem. They say certified pre-owned. I say xxxxxxxx. I will not buy a used vehicle from them again and recommend no one should. More

After our purchase we found out the vehicle only had one key which is not even the original to the car. Contacted Chris and it took several attempts, only to have our email returned, not a phone call. Gave key which is not even the original to the car. We’ve purchased several vehicles from Runde’s and this was most disappointed I’ve been. They also wouldn’t budge on the price. We’ve tried to stay loyal because my deceased coworker, Dave Mullen, always talked so highly of the Runde boys. I didn’t feel the same loyalty. Especially, when it came to giving us such a simple thing as two Chevrolet keys. Profit over making the situation right. More

This dealership sold me a truck that was a complete junker. I have spent more money fixing it since my purchase than I initially paid them for it. Problems that any competent mechanic could have caught junker. I have spent more money fixing it since my purchase than I initially paid them for it. Problems that any competent mechanic could have caught which tells me that the tech department at Runde is incompetent and the sales people are shady at best. This truck needed a whole new coolant system because the res was full of brown sludge. Then as it turns out my engine was running with ATF fluid in it NOT OIL, which caused the whole thing to seize up, forcing me into new Solenoids, Cam Phasers, Timing chain, heads, both catalytic converters, and more. What's great is I'm not even done fixing this crap heap yet as most of the entire front end (coil springs, struts, joints etc) also needs replacing. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT RUNDE PRE-DRIVEN. More
