I was looking for a good used vehicle with reasonably low miles and a V6 engine. The 2016 Equinox had exactly what I needed and so far has been an excellent vehicle. We went there to purchase a vehicle that we had found online. We arrived and did a test drive of the vehicle that we had liked without issue. We had been looking for vehicles for sometime and had already online. We arrived and did a test drive of the vehicle that we had liked without issue. We had been looking for vehicles for sometime and had already decided on the model that we wanted. We did not need finacing since we had already saved up the purchase price. Our problem was that it took 5 hours for the dealership to get through the paperwork and "prepping" the car. There is no excuse in the world for this type of behavior. We even went to Platteville, ate lunch and came back to have to wait for hours. My wife had to leave to head home without me to get the kids since it took so long. I have purchased many vehicles from various dealers over the years and this was the worst service I have ever had. I was not impressed and will not return. More
