Bought a 2018 Silverado. Without even putting 300 miles on the truck it had to be taken to my local dealership. Turns out the truck broke a pushrod and had to have all the pushrods on the right bank replac on the truck it had to be taken to my local dealership. Turns out the truck broke a pushrod and had to have all the pushrods on the right bank replaced. I contacted Runde multiple times about it. Never received a return call, maybe just a check up to see how the repairs were coming along. Truck was in the shop for over a week. Bought this truck for piece of mind, that piece of mind is pretty much gone now with the extensive repair the truck needed. Especially since the truck had 20k miles. Still to this day haven’t had a call back from the dealership. Left a message with a salesman when mine had the day off. He told me the owner would call me back the same day. That was about a month ago and I’m still waiting for that call. More
